Professor Larry Head, director of the UA Transportation Research Institute and member of the state's Self-Driving Vehicle Oversight Committee, was pleased to learn of Uber's decision to move its autonomous vehicle testing from California to Arizona.
"People should be a little more open-minded and be excited about the opportunity," he said. “Technology is really cool.”
