SIE Olympians to Compete for Puerto Rico, Mexico

Congratulations go to senior Rafael Quintero and alumnus Edgar Rivera, both of whom are headed to Rio in August for the 2016 Olympic Games!

Quintero will compete for Puerto Rico in platform diving. He's pursuing a degree in industrial engineering and was the Pac-12 Diver of the Month for both December and January.

Rivera will compete for Mexico in the high jump. He received a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering in 2013 and was a Capital One Academic All-American.
