Sherilyn Keaton

Sherilyn Keaton is a professor of practice in the Systems and Industrial Engineering Department in the College of Engineering at the University of Arizona. She teaches software and design related courses including Software for Engineers, Embedded Systems, and Object-Oriented Modeling and Design.

She has held engineering leadership roles in global corporations including senior vice president, vice president of engineering, and drector of engineering, as well as contributor roles such as software development manager and senior software engineer. These positions spanned multiple industries including digital and social media, e-commerce, financial consulting, and transportation.

Sherilyn has a BS in computer science from the University of Mary Washington and an MBA from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
