Kyle Fox

Kyle Fox is the vice president for Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) within the engineering organization at Raytheon, an RTX Business. In this role, he leads an organization of over 3,000 people responsible for supporting all aspects of system integration, test, verification and validation.
Kyle joined Raytheon in 2004, as the integration lead for the Japan Aerospace Defense Ground Environment (JADGE) Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) upgrade program, working closely with the Japanese customer and end users.
Kyle was deployed on international assignment for over three years on the Australian Warfare Destroyer (AWD) Program in Adelaide and Sydney Australia. Upon returning to the U.S., he served as Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) lead for a few radar programs then transitioned to a functional management role as the department manager for the Combat Systems and Platform Integration team in San Diego, CA. Kyle increased responsibility as the deputy director for the Systems Architecture Design and Integration Directorate in Tewksbury, MA, then rotated to the deputy systems verification directorate before taking his current role as the discipline leader of Systems Integration and Test.
Prior to joining Raytheon, Kyle worked for SAIC and Lockheed Martin in various system engineering roles.
Kyle holds a BS in aerospace engineering from West Virginia University, a MS in engineering management from Drexel University. Other educational contributions: Advisory board Memmber for Worcester Polytech Institute (WPI) (2018-2022) ECE Department. Corporate affiliate representative KAUST University (2019-21), Raytheon representative for sponsorship to King Saud University Systems Engineering (2018-2020).
